Chopped meets Food Network Star as the contestants are given a Chopped-inspired dessert mystery basket! That and more found in This Week in Foodie TV.

MONDAY:
  • 6:00 PM: Build A Better Burger (Cooking Channel, 1 hr.)
    • A tutorial for all the amateur chefs out there on how to construct the perfect burger right at home
  • 9:00 PM: Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations* (Travel Channel, 1 hr.)
    • Tony visits Kansas City, MO to sample some of the region's best BBQ offerings and hang out with members of the band The Black Keys
TUESDAY:
  • 11:00 AM: Pizza Paradise* (Travel Channel, 1 hr.)
    • A show detailing the origins of pizza (Napoli, Italia baby!!) and its evolution into its many variations
  • 6:00 PM: Foodgraphy* (Cooking Channel, 1 hr.)
    • A look at the history of outdoor cooking that features a stop in Los Angeles at an outdoor barbequeing joint

WEDNESDAY:
  • 7:00 PM: Restaurant: Impossible (Food Network, 1 hr.)
    • RI visits Burlington, NC to try and save a sibling-owned eatery that is on the brinks after just five years of operations
THURSDAY:
  • 5:00 PM: Bizzare Foods America* (Travel Channel, 1 hr.)
    • This one is food Appetíto friend and loyalist, Sean Brown, as host Andrew Zimmern explores some of the most unqiue offerings of the Charleston, SC region
  • 6:30 PM: Cook Like an Iron Chef* (Cooking Channel, 30 min.)
    • Tutorial show about cooking one of the rarer proteins served at home, duck

FRIDAY:
  • 7:00 PM: Mystery Diners (Food Network, 30 min.)
    • The Mystery Diners team visit Glendale, AZ  to see if a new manager is unqualified for the job as his boss suspects
SATURDAY:
  • 11:00 AM: Food Paradise: Manliest Restaurants* (Travel Channel, 1 hr.)
    • This one is for all the MEN out there! as the show visits Men's Health's picks for the manliest spots in the country including steakhouses, BBQ joints, and sandwich shops
  • 11:30 AM: The Perfect 3 (Cooking Channel, 30 min.)
    • Uh oh...two shows competing for your attention! This edition of The Perfect 3 has chefs demonstrating the makings of different pizza variations, from thin crust to a famous white pizza

SUNDAY:
  • 7:30 AM: Guy's Big Bite (Food Network, 30 min.)
    • Guy Fieri shares his recipe for seared flank steak stuffed with onions, peppers, and cheese, as well as a side dish of Panko-Parmesan crusted asparagus spears
  • 8:30 AM: The Best Thing I Ever Made (Food Network, 30 min.)
    • Guy Fieri is back, along with Anne Burrell and others, to share their own favorite garlic-based dishes
  • 6:00 PM: Food Network Star (Food Network, 90 min.)
    • Chopped meets FNS! The 13 remaining contestants are giving a Chopped-inspired mystery basket and tasked with making a delectable dessert, with their offerings to be rated by veteran Chopped judges Alex Guarnaschelli, Scott Conant, and Marc Murphy
  • 7:30 PM: Iron Chef America (Food Network, 1 hr.)
    • It's an all-Iron Chef battle as a grilling challenge is issued to competing Iron Chefs Masaharu Morimoto and Marc Forgione
